This is Accemic’s internal quality policy. It is not a claim that the company or every product is certified to a named quality-management standard unless a current certificate and scope are linked explicitly.

The policy is owned by Alexander Weiss (managing director), approved by management, and reviewed at least annually and whenever products, processes or regulatory expectations change significantly. Product defects, customer feedback, security issues and process nonconformities enter a controlled corrective-action and improvement process.

We are committed to providing our customers with well-built products. To that end we hold ourselves to the following objectives:

• continuous improvement of products through innovation and customer feedback;
• choosing error avoidance over error detection;
• continuous monitoring of quality- and security-relevant activities, in order to meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements;
• conformity with the relevant standards and specifications;
• continuous improvement of processes, together with everyone in the company.
